PITMAN, New Jersey. (Blugolds.com) - The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's Zach Janssen (Sr.—Green Bay, WI/ Notre Dame) has been named New Jersey Athletic Conference West Division Men's Tennis Athlete of the Week, as was announced by Assistant Commissioner of Media Relations Michelle Serabin.

Janssen earns NJAC West Division Player of the Week honors after helping the Blugolds remain unbeaten on the season by capturing their 12th consecutive dual-match victory. He posted a 6-0, 6-1 victory at first singles, while teaming with Grant Mauthe for an 8-3 pro-set win at second doubles during Eau Claire's 8-1 non-conference victory over Macalester. Among the league's number one singles players, Janssen has produced a conference-best 8-2 (.800) mark in top-flight singles play this season.
