Two Blugolds Named Kwik Trip WIAC Athlete of the Week

MADISON, Wis. (Blugolds.com) - The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire's Elizabeth Bauer (So.—Wausau, WI/ East) ) and Dylan Glumac-Berberich (Sr.—Fridley, MN) have been named Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Kwik Trip Athletes of the Week, as was announced by Assistant Commissioner of Media Relations Matt Stanek.

Bauer helped the Blugolds compile a 2-0 record during the week. She had two goals and one assist in a 3-0 victory at Northland College (Wis.) on Nov. 15.  Bauer tallied another assist in the Blugolds' 3-2 overtime win at UW-Superior on Nov. 16. She totaled four points in the two games at UW-Eau Claire improved to 5-1 on the season. 

Glumac-Berberich won both the one-meter dive with a score of 505.95 and the three-meter competition with a score of 378.3 at the University of St. Thomas (Minn.) Invitational. Both of his boards were NCAA diving zone cuts, and both are the top scores in the WIAC. His three-meter score is ranked first in the nation, while his one-meter score is second.
