Hoeppner & Graaskamp earn WIAC First Team honors

MADISON, Wis. (Blugolds.com) – The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) office announced the 2020 All-WIAC women's basketball awards on Tuesday, with three Blugolds earning a variety of honors.

Hallee Hoeppner (Sr. – Winona, MN) earned first team All-WIAC honors with a proficient shooting season. After starting all 28 games, Hoeppner totaled 407 points, 180 rebounds, and recording 63 assists, and was awarded the 2019-20 Judy Kruckman Scholar-Athlete honors for the year. Hoeppner hit a game-winning three in the WIAC Championship semifinal final round to get the Blugolds to the Championship game. Hoeppner also hit her 1000th-point milestone in the ninth game of the year against St. Catherine's on December, 14th.

Anna Graaskamp (Sr. – Eau Claire, WI/Memorial) also received first team honors in her final season with Eau Claire. Graaskamp finished the season with 315 points, 180 rebounds, and logged 703 minutes through 28 games. Bouncing back from an injury a year prior, she earned a career high 155 defensive rebounds and 36 assists and finishes her Blugold career with 975 points.

In addition, Katelyn Morgan (Jr. – Green Bay, WI/Notre Dame) was named to the All-Sportsmanship team for Eau Claire.
