"It was a team effort across the board tonight." Said Head Coach Annie Ryder. "We knew it would take the support of the team and for everyone to do their job for us to defeat Point on the women's side. We had some kids step up and make huge swims and our women divers did a great job getting us a lead right off the bat. On the men's side it's the closest dual meet we have had with Point in 20 years. Our men swam incredibly tough and had some exciting races. Our divers again were huge in the success of the men's meet. We have some things to go back and keep working on and the guys are excited about the way they have been training and competing. I'm incredibly proud of how this group performed tonight."

Next up for the Blugolds is a dual at Luther College on October 26.
