Weaver, Dahlk compete on Day 3 of NCAA Championships

GREENSBORO, N.C. (blugolds.com) — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire had two representatives compete on the third day of the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships on Friday. Ella Weaver (Jr. - McFarland, Wis.) swam in the women's 100-yard breaststroke, and Sarah Dahlk (Sr. - Verona, Wis./Middleton) closed out her season with the women's one-meter diving competition.

Results

Weaver clocked in at 1:05.14 to place 24th in the 100 breaststroke, narrowly missing out on qualifying for the consolation final. Her stay at the Championships will conclude on Saturday when she competes in the 200-yard breaststroke.

Dahlk placed 29th in the preliminaries of the one-meter diving competition. She posted a score of 330.65.

The Championships conclude on Saturday. The Blugolds will have both Weaver and men's diver Quincy Kabe (Jr. - Buffalo, Minn.) in action.
