Blugold Diver Amanda Baker Named WIAC Athlete of the Week

MADISON, Wis. (Blugolds.com) – For the second week in a row, UW-Eau Claire women's diver Amanda Baker (Fr.-Hudson, Wis.) has been selected as the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Athlete of the Week for diving, WIAC Assistant Commissioner for Media Relations Matt Stanek announced today.

Baker took second on both the one and three-meter boards as the Blugolds competed at NCAA Division II Northern Michigan University on Nov. 3.  She finished with 215.85 points in the one-meter dive and scored a season-best 230.10 in the three-meter.
