EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (blugolds.com) - Due to unplayable field conditions and cold weather, the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire baseball and women's lacrosse teams have had their schedules modified for the week of March 28th.

The original Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) opener scheduled for Saturday, March 26th between UW-Eau Claire and UW-Oshkosh has been pushed to Tuesday, March 29th. The Blugolds and Titans will face off at Capital Credit Union Park in Ashwaubenon, WI (2231 Holmgren Way). The first pitch will be thrown at 10 a.m. The contest scheduled for Sunday, March 27th has been rescheduled for April 19th in Oshkosh, WI. Eau Claire's home game against Viterbo University on April 19th will be rescheduled for a future date to be determined.
The women's lacrosse home game scheduled on Tuesday, March 29th against Edgewood College has been pushed up for a 5 p.m. start time at Simpson Field in Eau Claire to avoid inclement weather.
