Golf Remains in 2nd After 2nd Round of WIAC Championships

NEKOOSA, Wis. (blugolds.com)-The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's golf team currently sits second overall with a total two-day team score of 683 in the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletc Conference (WIAC) Championships at Lake Arrowhead Golf Course.

Results

The University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh are currently in first with a team score of 667.

The Blugolds have been led by Katie Moore (Jr. – Woodbury, MN) and Katy Bolduc (Jr. – Lake City, MN) firing two-day scores of 165 (T-3rd Overall), and 166 (4th overall), respectively.

Bolduc also leads the entire field with an impressive total number of seven birdies on the weekend, with two of those coming on par-three's.

Molly Lattery (So. – Poplar, WI) and Hallie Hancock (Fr. – Eau Claire, WI) also performed individually at the championships, currently tied for 12th and 30th respectively.

The final round of the tournament will be held tomorrow, with the Blugolds in a good position to push for the title.
