"I am so incredibly proud of this group after training all Fall without a competition and starting off our short winter competition season with a bang. There have been many ups and downs, tears, disappointments throughout this season but what we have seen as coaches by these athletes is their incredible dedication to their team, to the sport and to their training. They have put in the workday in and day out without knowing what the outcome would be and today it paid off. They came out of the gate swinging with swims that were faster than last year, incredible diving, and a freshman class who stepped right in and delivered some big wins. This is a special team, and we are proud of what they did today and are looking forward to the rest of our short season." – Head Coach Anne Ryder

The Blugolds will be back in competition on Saturday, February 20th when they host UW-La Crosse at home. The dual is scheduled to begin at 1:00PM.
