LAST MEETING BETWEEN THE TEAMS
Eau Claire scored a 20-13 overtime victory over Stevens Point on homecoming. The Blugolds controlled the lead for most of the game, but a strong fourth quarter drive pushed the Pointers ahead. With the game tied 13-13, Eau Claire's defense halted Steven Point's game-winning effort by blocking a 27-yard field goal attempt.
