SANDESTIN, Florida (blugolds.com) – The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's golf team moved up to 12th place after day two of the Golfweek Fall Invitational at the Raven Golf Club.
Brady Hanson (Sr.-Woodbury, MN/East Ridge) continues to lead the Blugolds, shooting a 75 (tied for 26th) to bring his two-round total to 148.
Michael Immekus (Fr.-Greendale, WI/Catholic Memorial) moved up in the player standings and is now tied for 35th after shooting a 75 for the second round in a row.
The Blugolds carry an overall score of 604, while the University of Texas-Tyler is still in the lead with a 563. Texas-Tyler's DJ Godoy leads the field with a 134 (-8) after two rounds of play.
The Blugolds will play the third and final round on Oct. 11.
