MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. (Blugolds.com) – UW-Eau Claire football player Austin Goetsch (Jr.-Waunakee, Wis.) has been named to the week 10 D3football.com Team of the Week presented by Scoutware.

Goetsch had a career-day against UW-Whitewater on Saturday as he caught 11 passes for 177 yards. He played a crucial role in setting up the Blugolds' final score of the day as he had back-to-back long receptions (one of 43 yards and another of 35 yards) to get the Blugolds down the field quickly. His 177 yards rank 10th on the Blugolds' all-time list for most receiving yards in a game while his 11 catches tie for sixth.
