EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (Blugolds.com)- The University of Eau Claire wresting team hosted UW-Stevens Point for Senior Night, Tuesday. The Blugolds would fall 28-21 in their last dual of the season.

Getting a win for the Blugolds was Roy Munroe (Sr.- Cadott, WI) as he defeated Joey Seitz by fall (3:29).

Also getting a win for the Blugolds was Cecil Philson (So.- Thorp, WI) with his defeat over Bo Seibel following an injury (5:42).

Justin Karkula (Jr.- Oshkosh, WI/West) got the last win for the Blugolds with a 9-2 decision over Donny Ralston.

Next up for the Eau Claire is the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Championships on February 14 and will be hosted by UW-Stevens Point.
