WHITE BEAR LAKE, Minn. (blugolds.com) — The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's golf team placed 10th at the Bethel University Rumble at the Ridge on Sunday. The Blugolds scored a 356 at the one-day tournament.
Jilli Newman (So. - Madison, Wis./Memorial) was the top Blugold on the leaderboard. She finished in a tie for 37th with an 86. Cadie Ash (Jr. - Waupaca, Wis.) and Olivia McSorley (So. - Elm Grove, Wis./Brookfield East) both were part of a tie for 48th with 89s.
Brianna Novak (Fr. - Red Wing, Minn.) finished alone in 58th with a 92. Keely Morehouse (Fr. - Superior, Wis.) tied for 61st at 96.
The Blugolds have one more tournament on their spring schedule. They're slated to compete at the UW-Stout Spring Invitational on Saturday, April 29.
