Chomniak leads Women's Golf in Round 1 of Titan Classic

OSHKOSH, Wis. (Blugolds.com) – The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's golf team is in seventh place after Round 1 of the Titan Classic, hosted by UW-Oshkosh at the Oshkosh Country Club.

Round 1 Results

As a team, the Blugolds shot a 371 while UW-Oshkosh is in first place with a 316.

Allison Chomniak (Sr. – Pewaukee, WI/Arrowhead) leads Eau Claire with an 83 (+10) and is tied for ninth place overall. Newcomer Monica Cucunato (Fr. – Kenosha, WI/Bradford) followed with an 88 (+15) and is tied for 15th.
