NORMAN, Okla. (Blugolds.com) – The Division III PING All-America Teams have been announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA), with Brady Hanson (Jr.-Woodbury, MN/East Ridge) earning Third Team All-American Honors.
Hanson, who finished tied for 36th at the NCAA Championships this spring, was also a semifinalist for the 2016 Jack Nicklaus National Player of the Year Award.
Hanson led the Blugolds this season with a 73.5 average in 21 rounds of play, with his lowest round being a 68. In nine events, the junior has finished in the top five three times and have been a top 10 finisher five times.
A total of 25 golfers were named honorable mention All-America.
