NORMAN, Okla. – The Golf Coaches Association of America announced the 2020-21 Outstanding Team Academic Award recipients last Friday.
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's golf team was honored as one of the 18 Division III teams with outstanding academic standards. To be recognized with the All-Academic Team award, teams' cumulative grade-point average must be greater than a 3.0. The Blugolds posted 3.42 GPA during the apring and a 3.33 during the academic year of 2020-21.
Taking the Division III crown was Augsburg (Minn.) with a 3.84.
