Men's Golf finishes tied for 4th at Twin Cities Classic

RAMSEY, Minn. (Blugolds.com) – The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's golf team finished the Twin Cities Classic on Monday, tying for fourth as a team while Alex Rogan (Sr. - Lino Lakes, MN/Centennial) tied for fifth overall.

Results

After leading the field in Saturday's first round with a 293, the Blugolds fell after a 302 on Sunday and a 309 Monday to finish with a three-round score of 903. Host Gustavus Adolphus College won the tournament with a score of 877.

Rogan turned in scores of 71, 74 and 76 to finish at 221 to tie for fifth while Cole Jahnke (So. – Stillwater, MN) shot a pair of 72s and an 80 to tie for 15th overall. Brady Thomas (Sr. – Middleton, WI) also finished in the Top 25, placing 24th after shooing scores of 73, 78, 77 (228).
