EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (Blugolds.com) – The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's golf team is in first place after round one of the Blugold Georgianni Invite held at the Eau Claire Golf and Country Club.

Round 1 Results

The Blugolds turned in a team total 375, with Allison Chomniak (Sr. – Pewaukee, WI/Arrrowhead) leading the way with a first round 81. Sophomore Jessica Rudnicki (Sun Prairie, WI)  is currently in second place with a first round 91. The St. Scholastica woman are in second place with a team score of 390, while UW-Superior is in third place.

Eau Claire will finish the second and final round Monday at the Eau Claire Country Club. Follow the action on Blugold Game Day.
