Tadd Turnquist has served as an Assistant Athletic Trainer and Senior Lecturer in Kinesiology at UW-Eau Claire since 2010. Currently he serves as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Kinesiology and a preceptor for the Master of Science in Athletic Training Program at UW-Eau Claire. Turnquist is responsible for teaching several courses at UWEC including: Physical Assessment and Treatment of the Lower Extremity, Physical Assessment and Treatment of the Head & Spine, Pathophysiology & Emergency Medicine, Applied Anatomy, Athletic Training Lab & Practicum, Anatomical Kinesiology, & Prevention & Care of Athletic/Exercise Injuries.
Turnquist completed his education at UW-Eau Claire, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training. He also attended the University of Kentucky obtaining a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Health Promotion. Turnquist is a Licensed Athletic Trainer in the state of Wisconsin and a member of the National Athletic Trainers' Association. Turnquist maintains specialized certifications in Graston Technique, SFMA, and as a Corrective Exercise Specialist (CES).
Tadd, his wife Melissa and their two sons, Cooper and Easton, reside in Eau Claire.
