Blugold Soccer Receives NSCAA Team Academic Award

KANSAS CITY, Kan. (Blugolds.com) – The UW-Eau Claire women's soccer team was recently honored with a National Soccer Coaches Association of America Team Academic Award for the 2012-13 season.

The award was presented to teams finishing with a 3.0 GPA or higher during the 2012-13 academic year. A total of 863 teams were named recipients, including 270 men's and 593 women's teams.

The Blugolds earned the award after finishing with a 3.36 GPA. It was the ninth year in a row the Blugolds were honored and the 10th year overall.
