MADISON, Wis. (Blugolds.com) - The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) announced today that registration is now available via the WIAC website www.wiacsports.com for the WIAC Centennial Banquet to be held at the Alliant Energy Center in Madison on August 4, 2012.

Interested individuals may also register for the banquet by contacting Jackie Wallgren from the WIAC office via phone (608) 263-7683 or e-mail WIACCENTENNIAL@UWSA.EDU. The registration deadline is July 1 and there will be no tickets available after that date or at the door.

The WIAC was founded in 1913 and is the ninth oldest conference in the NCAA.  The banquet is one of a number of activities and events being conducted by the conference in order to celebrate this milestone in a manner befitting the most accomplished Division III conference in NCAA history.  The banquet will not only be a celebration of the Centennial, but will also feature the induction of the inaugural WIAC Hall of Fame class.
