Women's Golf Spring Invitational Cancelled

EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (Blugolds.com) – The UW-Eau Claire women's golf Blugold Spring Invitational, which was scheduled for May 4-5, has been cancelled after nine inches of snow fell in Eau Claire on Thursday.

The event will not be made up because all tournaments must be completed by Sunday afternoon in preparation for the selections for the NCAA Division III Championship, which will be contested May 14-17 at Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort in Destin, Fla.

Selections for nationals will be announced May 6 at 6 p.m. (Eastern) on NCAA.com
