The Blugolds scored 137 points while first-place Minnesota-Duluth won with 35. Carleton finished second while St. Olaf came in third.

Even though the Blugolds didn't have a finisher place in the top 15, they packed up well to still place high as a team.

Lucy Ramquist (Jr.-River Falls, Wis.) took 17th overall in a time of 23:27.2 over the course of 6,000 meters. Right behind her was Kelsey Jaeger (So.-Waukesha, Wis./West). She placed 20th in a time of 23:41.2.

Clara Williamson (Jr.-Stokie, Ill./Niles North) came in 27th place in a time of 23:48.8.

Steph Dunlavy (Sr.-Colby, Wis.) and Melody Becker (So.-Osseo, Wis.) rounded out the scoring five. Dunlavy placed 36th overall in 24:12.9 while Becker came in 39th in 24:22.

Eau Claire is off next weekend and will race next at home on Friday, Oct. 3 at the Whitetail Golf Course in Colfax. Race time is set for 4 p.m.
