JANESVILLE, Wis. (Blugolds.com) – After round one of the UW-Whitewater Fall Invite, the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's golf team is in fourth place.
Playing at the Riverside Golf Course, the Blugolds finished the day with a score of 321. Jessica Rudnicki (Jr. – Sun Prairie) led the way with a 78 and is currently tied for 10th overall. Megan Glaeser (So. – Freedom, WI/Fox Valley Lutheran) recorded a 79 and is tied for 14th.
Anna Uzpen (Jr. – Osecola, WI) followed with an 80 (tied for 17th) while Abbie Ter Maat's (Sr. – Stevens Point, WI/SPASH) 84 has her tied for 24th and Megan Crawford's (Fr. – Forest Lake, MN) 86 tied for 33rd.
Eau Claire will look to move up the leaderboard in Saturday's final round which will begin at 8:30 a.m. with a shotgun start.
