EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (Blugolds.com) – Former Blugold OT Isiah Cage (Sr. – Chicago, IL) has agreed to terms with the Indianapolis Colts on a three-year deal becoming the first Blugold to ever sign a contract of this length with a National Football League franchise.
The Colts were one of the teams highly interested in Cage throughout the process and signed Cage quickly after the 2016 NFL Draft concluded.
The former Blugold standout and team captain at left tackle has officially seen his NFL dreams come true after numerous workouts and interviews with NFL franchises over the last two years.
After being one of the greatest players the program has ever seen, the young offensive lineman will now get a chance to potentially block for Colts' quarterback Andrew Luck.
