Bylander and Keller receive All-WIAC HonorsMarch 18, 2021MADISON, Wis. (blugolds.com) - The Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) office announced the 2021 All-WIAC men's and women's swimming and diving awards on Thursday. Michael Bylander (Jr. - Baxter, MN/Brainerd) was named Men's Swimmer of the Year and Ben Keller (Fr. - Cedarburg, WI) was named Men's Newcomer of the Year. Additionally, Matt Poppitz (So. - Apple Valley, MN/Eastview) earned WIAC All-Sportsmanship Team.

Blugolds Swimming and Diving Breaks Records at UWSPMarch 06, 2021STEVENS POINT, Wis. (Blugolds.com) – The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire swim and dive teams took on UW-Stevens Point to finish out the season on Saturday. Both UW-Eau Claire and UW-Stevens Point broke UWSP school records on the day, with Eau Claire breaking 6 total records in the UWSP Aquatics Center. With no scores to report both teams finished the season 4-0.

Blugolds and Titans Compete In First WIAC Road Dual Of The YearFebruary 27, 2021OSHKOSH, Wis. (blugolds.com) - The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire Blugolds hit the road for another Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) dual on Saturday. The Blugolds would take on UW-Oshkosh and won a total of 25 of 32 events. The women swim and dive lead the way winning 201-80, followed by the men winning 199-86.

Blugolds shine on Senior Day as they swim past the EaglesFebruary 20, 2021EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (blugolds.com) – The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire swimming and diving teams hosted their final home meet of the season on Saturday at the McPhee Pool. The visitors from UW-La Crosse were overwhelmed from another dominate performance by Eau Claire, on a night to honor their seniors. After winning a combined total of 19 events both teams emerged victorious with the men winning their battle 172-86 and the women winning 169-89.

Blugolds swim past Warhawks to begin 2021 seasonFebruary 06, 2021EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (blugolds.com) – The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire swimming and diving teams dominated UW-Whitewater in their home opening duals. The women, winning 11 events, totaled a score of 181 to UW-Whitewater’s 54. The men won 12 events and posted a 176 to UW-Whitewater’s 64. Combining for a team total of 357-118 through 26 events.
