NORMAN, Okla. (Blugolds.com) — Division III PING All-Region honorees have been announced by the Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) with three Blugolds earning All-Central Honors.
Cole Jahnke (So. – Stillwater, MN), Isaac Prefontaine (Jr. – New Franken, WI/Preble), and Alex Rogan (Sr. - Lino Lakes, MN/Centennial) all earned a spot, marking the first time the program has landed more than one player on the All-Region list in the same season.
Jahnke led the team with a 73.0 average while Rogan and Prefontaine followed with a 73.58 and 74.17, respectively. In the last Golfweek Division III poll, the Blugolds were ranked No. 10 in the nation.
A total of 96 players across six regions – Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, South, Great Lakes, Central, and West – earned all-region honors for 2020.
