The Blugolds and Eagles are meeting for the 80th time in history Saturday. Kickoff is set for 11:30 a.m. at Carson Park in Eau Claire. It will be the Blugolds' Hall of Fame Game and this year's Hall of Fame class will be honored at halftime.
COVERAGE
For the Blugolds, Sports Radio 1400 (WBIZ-AM) will broadcast the game over the air and online at sportsradio1400.com. WKTY 580 AM will broadcast the game for the Eagles. La Crosse leads the all-time series 52-25-2. Eau Claire won the most recent meeting and has won four of the last five. Going back to 2003, the Blugolds lead the series 7-2. At home, Eau Claire has not lost since 1999, a triple overtime contest. View Full Series History
LAST MEETING BETWEEN THE TEAMS
Last season on Oct. 15, the Blugolds jumped out to a 14-0 lead after the first quarter but La Crosse came back and tied it by halftime at 14.
