Ron York enters his third season as and assistant coach of the UW-Eau Claire men's and women's tennis teams in 2022-23.

York has served as a Head Tennis Pro in the Twin Cities area since 1974 and has ranked No. 1 in singles and doubles in the Northern Tennis Association multiple times. He has won 13 National Public Parks titles and ranked in the Top 10 in the National 35's singles and doubles. 

A member of the Northern Tennis Association Hall of Fame along with the Dakota Tennis and Jamestown University Hall of Fames, York earned his bachelor's degree from Jamestown College in Jamestown, North Dakota.
