Scott DeRusha returns to his alma mater to be an assistant coach for the 2018-19 season. The 2009 UW-Eau Claire graduate competed for the UWEC Men's Soccer Club from 2006-2008. He has been the Head Varsity Girls Soccer Coach at Eau Claire Memorial High School since 2014. He has also coached for the Eau Claire United Club Soccer program since 2008. 

DeRusha is a native of Eau Claire, graduating from Eau Claire Memorial in 2005. He recently earned his master's degree in education from the College of St. Scholastica and is a health education teacher at Northstar Middle School in Eau Claire.
