Whitewater, Wis (Blugolds.com)- The University of Wisconsin Eau Claire men's tennis team fell 6-3 to UW-La Crosse Friday afternoon, the dual hosted by UW-Whitewater.  The Blugolds  14-6 on the season will face UW-Whitewater tomorrow afternoon.

Three Blugolds earned victories in singles play,  Michael Mauthe (Neenah, Wis.) defeated Wogahn (UWL) 6-2, 6-0, at the No. 1 singles slot.   Zach Janssen (Green Bay, Wis.) won 7-5, 7-5  at the No. 4 slot, while Conrad Felten (Wausau, Wis.) earned a victory at the No. 6 spot.
