Kodi Fezler enters his first year as Assistant Strength and Sports Performance Coach at UW-Eau Claire in 2022-23. His main sport contacts are men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s soccer, men’s and women’s swim and dive, men's and women's golf, and women’s lacrosse.

Before returing to Eau Claire, Fezler served as the Strength and Conditioning Coaching Assistant at Cadron State College (NE) where he worked with women’s basketball, women’s wrestling, men’s and women’s cross country, and men’s and women’s rodeo. Organized team specific goals and schedule with the coaches and guided injured athletes through return to play processes in the weight room and during sport practices. His knowledge and relationships were also utilized in helping colleagues with football, wrestling, men’s basketball, volleyball, and softball.

Post graduation, Fezler aided the University of Minnesota as an Athletic Performance Intern where he worked with 15 NCAA Division I sports to construct needs analyses, annual plans, and performance programs and delivered instructional ques to help athletes perform Olympic lifts and accessory exercises at a higher level.

The 2021 Blugold Alum wrapped up his college education at UW-Eau Claire as a Strength and Performance Apprentice at UWEC under Head Strength & Performance Coach, Zac Ruch. Kodi trained athletes from 12 different Blugold teams and documented and analyzed team and individual recovery data for 8 different teams.

Fezler is currently pursuing his master's degree in Sports Management from Chadron State graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in August of 2021 with a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology Exercise Science.

Fezler is certified through NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists (CSCS) and Strength and Conditioning Certified (SCCC) through CSCCa.
