REEDSBURG, WI. (blugolds.com) - The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's golf team finished their season in Reedsburg, Wisconsin in the WIAC Championship. Lexi Meade (So. – Eau Claire, WI/ Memorial) lead the Blugolds with a score of 241 (+31) over the course of the tournament. The Blugolds finished in fourth place.
Jessica Rudnicki (Sun Prairie, WI) moved up to crack the top 15 of all participants in day three of the tournament jumping to 14th place. Julia Hayden (Mondovi, WI/Durand) also finished in the top 25 moving to 23rd of all participants. Hayden shot a career low of 79 on the 3rd day of the WIAC Championship.
The Blugolds have completed their season winning first place in two tournaments out of the four played for the season.
