EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (blugolds.com) — The 2023 season is about a month away for the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire men's and women's cross country teams. The Blugolds have the chance to compete in eight meets this fall.

The season starts off with an Alumni Meet on Sept. 9 in Eau Claire. The Blugolds' first regular-season competition is the St. Olaf Invitational on Sept. 16, and they host the Blugold Invite a little later on Sept. 29. The Augustana Invitational on Oct. 14 serves as a final tune-up before the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Championship on Oct. 28 in Prescott, Wis. The Luther Saga Cup (Nov. 3) is the final meet before NCAA postseason action. The NCAA North Regional is first on Nov. 11, followed by the NCAA Championship on Nov. 18.
