EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (Blugolds.com) – The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's golf team hosted the Blugold Spring Classic on Thursday, April 26. The Blugolds came away victorious over St. Scholastica with an overall score of 356.
In their 356 to 382 victory over the Saints, two Blugolds claimed the top spot. Allison Chomniak (Jr. – Pewaukee, WI/Arrrowhead) and Ashli Stolen (Jr. – Stoughton, WI) finished tied for the win with an overall score of 85. Jessica Rudnicki (Fr. - Sun Prairie, WI) finished tied for 3rd for the Blugolds after shooting a 91, while Abbie Ter Maat (So. – Stevens Point, WI/SPASH) and Molly Lattery (Sr. – Poplar, WI/Northwestern) finished in 5th and 6th, respectively.
Next up for the Blugolds is the UW-River Falls Invitational on Saturday April 28.
