Sarah Glidden enters her second season as an assistant coach in 2019-20. 

Glidden competed for four years for the Blugolds, earning national titles in the pentathlon and 4x400 relay. She also claimed All-American honors seven times and was named the Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Performer of the Meet in addition to winning the athletic department's Female Athlete of the Year honor in 2018. She also holds four individual school records and 1 relay record. 

Glidden earned her bachelor's degree from UWEC in Kinesiology/Movement Students in 2018 with a minor in psychology.
