Erick Kaiser enters his fourth season on the UW-Eau Claire football coaching staff in 2020-21 and serves as the Blugolds' defensive backs coach.

Kaiser graduated from UW-Stevens Point with a bachelor's degree in Mathematics with a minor in Psychology in 2008. He later earned a mater's degree in Athletic Administration and Coaching from Concordia-Irvine.
