EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (Blugolds.com) – University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire senior linebacker Sam Romanski (Wausau, WI/East) was named to the D3football.com Preseason All-America First Team on Thursday.

Romanski earned 2nd Team honors last season after leading the Blugolds with 59 tackles and led the conference in sacks (14.5) and tackles for a loss (17.5).
