Kedryn Orrison Pilgrim serves as one of the Assistant Athletic Trainer at UW-Eau Claire since 2019. Her primary sport coverages are women’s volleyball, men’s ice hockey, and softball. 

Kedryn completed her education at North Central College (IL), earning a Bachelor of Arts in both Athletic Training and Psychology, as well as completing the College Scholars Honors Program. While at North Central College, Kedryn was a member of the women’s collegiate volleyball team for four years and a thrower for the women’s indoor and outdoor track and field teams for a year. Kedryn obtained her Master of Arts in Human Performance – Psychological Aspects of Sport from Minnesota State University – Mankato. Kedryn is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Athletic Training (DAT) from Moravian College. 

Kedryn is a Licensed Athletic Trainer in the states of Wisconsin and Iowa, as well as a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association and the Professional Hockey Athletic Trainers’ Society. Kedryn maintains both the Certified Strength and Condition Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and the Sports Manual Therapy Certification (SMTC) through the Institute for Athlete Regeneration (IAR). She also has additional specialized certifications in Graston Technique, and Reflex Performance Reset (RPR).

Prior to working at UWEC, Kedryn was the Athletic Trainer with the Sioux City Musketeers, a Tier 1 junior hockey team in the United States Hockey League (USHL) for two seasons (2017-19). She was also a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at Minnesota State University – Mankato in 2016-17. This is her second stint at UWEC, as she was previously at UW-Eau Claire as an Intern Athletic Trainer in 2015-2016. 

Kedryn, her husband Jordan, and their Border Collie, Oban, reside in Eau Claire.
