No. 15 Blugolds win 12th straight match with 3-0 win over CSS

DULUTH, Minn. (Blugolds.com) – The 15th-ranked University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire volleyball team continued their unbeaten streak on Wednesday night, defeating the College of St. Scholastica 3-0 (25-22, 25-17, 25-20). The win is the Blugolds' 12th straight and have not dropped a set in eight matches.

UW-Eau Claire .300 for the match, including .433 in the second set, while holding the Saints to .145 for the match. Madelyn Pashibin (Sr.- Minneapolis, MN/Southwest) led the attack with 17 kills on 38 attempts (.395) while Madison Surprise (Sr. - Appleton, WI/Kimberly) dished out 36 assists.

Taylor Scalia (So. – Lake Elmo, MN/Stillwater) led the defense with 17 digs with Amber Karn (Sr. – Middleton, WI) adding 10 and Surprise and Arianna Barrett (Fr.-Lakeville, MN/North) each chipping in nine. Krista Meyer (So. – Germantown, WI) also tallied three aces and three blocks for the Blugolds.
