ST. PAUL, Minn. (Blugolds.com) – The UW-Eau Claire women's indoor track & field team came away with wins in two events, competing at the University of St. Thomas Showcase on Friday.

Both of the Blugolds' wins came in field events.

Evy Theisen (Jr.-Eau Claire, Wis./Regis) won the long jump as she finished with a distance of 5.21 meters (17-1.25).

Winning the triple jump was Ashley Pohlman (Fr.-Janesville, Wis./Craig) with a mark of 10.97 meters (36-0).

Additionally, the Blugolds came away with 10 other top-three finishes.

Next Saturday the Blugolds will end the regular season at UW-Stevens Point for the Pointer Eastbay Invite. Action will get underway at 10:30 a.m.
