Women's 200-yard free relay team earns All-American honors, Blugolds in eighth place

GREENSBORO, NC (Blugolds.com) – After the second day of the NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships, the Blugold women are in eighth place with the 200-yard freestyle relay team earning All-American honors.

Samantha Senczyszyn (Fr.-Grafton, WI), Allie Hable (Sr.-Ankeny, IA), Jessica Short (So.-Grafton, WI) and Ellie Hostetler (Sr.-St. Paul, MN/Convent of the Visitation) finished sixth with a time of 1:34.08

The 400-yard medley Relay team of Short, Senczyszyn, Hable and Hannah Sisto (Fr.-Neenah, WI) also finished 12th clocking in at 3:49.76. 

On Friday, Short will complete in the 100-yard backstroke prelims while Senczynszyn will compete in the 100 breaststroke in which she is seeded first.
