Amy (Smith) Harings played for the Blugolds from 2005 - 2008. She was a member of the first Blugold women's soccer team in history to win a WIAC tournament (2005, 2006, 2007) and had the pleasure of participating in the NCAA Postseason tournament each of her 4 seasons on the team. Amy was also a 3x All-Conference and 2x All-Region honoree during her time in a Blugold uniform.  Many of her fellow 2005-2008 alumni are some of her best friends who she still sees regularly.  

Amy lives in Plymouth, MN with her husband, Andy, and sons, Spencer and Quinn. She works at Optum as an Associate Director of Operations.
