EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (Blugolds.com) - The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire wrestling team hosted UW-La Crosse on Friday night. The Blugolds would fall to the No. 4 ranked Eagles by a score of 38-6.

Results

Following a successful day at Candlewood Suite Duals last week, Nathaniel Behnke (Sr.- Bruce, WI) gained another victory as he defeated Grant Sutton in extra time 9-7 at the 141-pound weight class.

Also getting a win for the Blugolds was Roy Munroe (Sr.- Cadott, WI) as he beat Michael Murnane with a 12-6 decision.

The Blugolds have a long break before returning to action on January 9, in Plymouth, WI for the Musky Duals at Lakeland College.
