
EAU CLAIRE, Wis. (Blugolds.com) – The UW-Eau Claire women's gymnastics team won four events to defeat Hamline University (Minn.) 182.225-177.325 in the McPhee Physical Education Center tonight.
Four different Blugolds secured event victories.
On the vault, Julia Stedman (So.-Maplewood, Minn./North St. Paul) won with a score of 9.325.
Leah Robinette (So.-Woodbury, Minn./East Ridge) won the uneven bars with a score of 9.325 as Blugolds claimed the top three spots.
On the balance beam, Olivia Aschenbrenner (Sr.-Cedarburg, Wis./Grafton) took first with a score of 9.500, a season-high.
Elizabeth Stubbs (So.-Wayzata, Minn.) finished in first place in the floor exercise with a score of 9.600.
Next Saturday, the Blugolds will be at Gustavus Adolphus College (Minn.) for a meet beginning at 1 p.m.
