Women's Golf takes 4th overall at UWW Fall Invite

JANESVILLE, Wis. (Blugolds.com) – Competing at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Fall Invite, the UW-Eau Claire women's golf team finished in fourth place overall while Jessica Rudnicki (Jr. – Sun Prairie) finished tied for 10th to lead the Blugolds.

Results

Eau Claire shot a 338 in Saturday's second round, giving them a two-round score of 659 while St. Mary's College of Indiana took first with a score of 609.

Rudnick shot a 79 on Saturday for a two-round score of 157 while Megan Glaeser (So. – Freedom, WI/Fox Valley Lutheran) tied for 14th after shooting an 80 to finish at 160.

Anna Uzpen (Jr. – Osecola, WI) tied for 29th with an overall score of 170 after turning in a 90 and Megan Crawford's (Fr. – Forest Lake, MN) 88 placed her in a tie of 38th (174). Abbie Ter Maat's (Sr. – Stevens Point, WI/SPASH) 93 placed 43rd with a two-round score of 177.

The Blugolds will be back in action next Saturday as they compete at the UW-Stout Fall Invite at the Whitetail Golf Club at 11 a.m.
