DULUTH, Minn. (Blugolds.com) – After one round of play in their opening tournament of the season, the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's golf team is in second place at the Twin Ports Collegiate Invite.

Round 1 Results

The Blugolds tallied a team score of 355 (+67) and trail host St. Scholastica who turned in a team score of 345.

All five Blugolds are currently in the top 15, with Anna Uzpen (Jr. – Osecola, WI) and Jessica Rudnicki (Jr. – Sun Prairie) leading the way with 87s, putting them in a tie for fifth overall.

Megan Glaeser (So. – Freedom, WI/Fox Valley Lutheran) follows in 10^th (90) while Megan Crawford (Fr. – Forest Lake, MN) is tied for 11^th (91) and Abbie Ter Maat (Sr. – Stevens Point, WI/SPASH) is in 15^th (93).
