WAVERLY, Iowa (blugolds.com) – After the first round of Wartburg Spring Invitational at the Prairie Links Golf Course, the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire women's golf team is in seventh place.

Results

The Blugolds shot a 380 on the day while Carlton College led the field with a 322.

Allison Chomniak (Sr. – Pewaukee, WI/Arrrowhead) leads the Blugolds after recording an 84 (+12) and is tied for 10^th place. Anna Uzpen (So. - Osceola, WI) followed with a 94 and is tied for 26^th while Abbie Ter Maat (Jr. - Stevens Point, WI/SPASH) is tied for 36^th (100).

In addition, Jessica Rudnicki (So. – Sun Prairie, WI) and Hope Tiffany (Fr. – Baldwin, WI/Baldwin-Woodville) are tied for 41^st after shooting a 102. The Blugolds will compete in the second and final round on Sunday.
