MADISON, Wis. (Blugolds.com) – The 2017 All-Wisconsin Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (WIAC) Women's Golf Team was announced by the WIAC office Monday, with Allison Chomniak (Jr. – Pewaukee, WI/Arrrowhead) earning a spot on the Second Team.
The team was determined by using the NCAA Division III Golfstat rankings immediately following the conclusion of the conference championship. A player must have completed at least eight rounds in order to be eligible.
Chomniak led the Blugolds this fall, averaging an 82.9. The junior finished in the top 10 at three tournaments and was in the top five once. At the WIAC Championships, she finished 9th overall with a three-round score of 240 (+24).
